How we rebranded a company in the image of its founder.
As a key part of the Coolaid process, we sat down with our client, Gino Lucchese, founder of Highmark Homes, for a lengthy discussion about what’s important to him, what does he stand for. We learned that he would visit his sites, talk to trades, lend a helping hand to homeowners, even after 40 years in the business. We used that crucial insight to rebrand Highmark Homes around Gino’s personality, and built a new and heart-warming brand, focused on family values.

Results:
Increased web traffic, particularly in Homebuyer section, not to mention visitors stayed much longer to explore the rich history of Highmark Homes.
