Our client, FRAM partnered with Toronto Community Housing to revitalize the area around Fairview Mall at Sheppard Avenue East and Hwy 404. Their initial marketing was targeted to the public and didn’t yield results. We made a strategic decision to focus our efforts on the broker/investor community by creating a broker-focused campaign and a brochure with vital investor focused stats like population growth and rental potential.
We held three broker events and sold out the project.
